The food is very tasty and the service is amazing. They greet you when you walk in and attend to you thru out your visit. The ambiance is good. I love the cat fish and potatoe salad.
Old school no nonsense nothing fancy and that's ok it was really delicious I had the beef ribs they were tender fall off the bone the gravy was simple but delicious the service was slow but very good i forgot about this place the area is a bit sketchy but it's worth it get up and go get you some !!!

Here I am...back at Kings for another pan of potato salad. Angie the cashier was very helpful & knowledgeable. She greeted me at the door asking how she could assist me. The last time I bought a pan of potato salad from them, I took it to South Carolina. People were ranting & raving over the taste. They even wanted the specifics of where I had purchased it from.
I really love family run businesses and it doesn't get any more family run than this one. Everyone was so kind and accommodating and the food is spectacular. My girlfriend had never tried one of the best breakfast combinations the world has ever seen, so lucky to have stumbled upon this place because their fried chicken was insanely good. So light and crunchy on the exterior and juicy meat of the inside! Paired with a waffle and syrup, it was heaven on earth! Their grits were especially good, the added cheese with another level of goodness. To Angela and the rest of the family, thank you so much for the delicious meal and welcoming atmosphere!
